Job Description
Case Manager I (On Call) provides support and case management for members served with mental illness and co-occurring disorders, assisting them to live independently in their chosen community.

Requirements

  • High School Graduation or G.E.D.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certification
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Experience in a mental health and/or dual diagnosis setting (preferred)
