Job Description
As a Case Manager III, you will serve as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders, assisting them to live independently in their chosen community. You will be responsible for performing job functions and meeting position standards, with a focus on delivering excellent and effective behavioral health services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services or Human Services and 1 year of experience
  • High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and 4 years of direct services in Mental Health or community services
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
