Job Description
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager in Training to support attorneys and case staff in their work. This role involves making initial client calls, processing paperwork, managing case files, and performing data entry tasks. The role is for a floater position, with potential to move into a highly sought Case Manager position. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including client communication and file management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or Support Role
  • High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred
  • Excellent oral communication with an outgoing personality
  • Ability to multitask and learn quickly
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills
  • Type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills
