Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager to work with homeless unaccompanied students and students at-risk of becoming unaccompanied and homeless. The position involves providing wraparound case management, referrals, and direct assistance to meet students' housing, employment, academic, health, and independent living needs.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Bachelor's degree or two years of experience working with a similar population in education and/or human services
  • Must have experience working with adolescents and families, educational settings, provider community and/or related service providers is preferred
