Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to support young adults on their journey toward employment and career development. The Case Manager will provide individualized support, guidance, and resources to help young adults overcome barriers and achieve their employment and training goals.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services or related field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of youth development principles, career counseling techniques, and employment trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
