Job Description
Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to provide services to clients in the Bronx. The Case Manager will work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and link them to services.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or 60 college credits in Human Services or High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
  • Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer skills
