Job Description
Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients experiencing domestic violence. The Case Manager will assess client strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and provide supportive counseling to achieve individual service plan goals.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
  • Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
