Job Description
Volunteers of America–Greater New York (VOA–Greater New York) is a leading anti-poverty organization serving neighbors in need across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester. We are currently seeking a qualified Case Manager for our Webster House program.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or 60 college credits courses in the Human Services field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills.
  • Case Manager Principal Responsibilities: Manage the client intake and assessment process to orient the client to the program and produce a comprehensive assessment of client service needs.
