Role OverviewProvide crisis intervention, care management and behavior support services to foster parents and youth in care. Bring services, agencies, resources and other people together to assist clients in achieving established goals.
What You Will Do
Provide direct services, coordinate other services, resources and people to assist clients in achieving their established service plan goals. Screen and assess clients for agency services, complete and maintain required documentation, and participate in clinical and multi-disciplinary staffing.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology or related field
- 2+ years experience in human service activities with children and families
- Knowledge of child development, childhood disorders and human behavior
- Knowledge of the signs and symptoms of substance abuse
- Knowledge of the DSM-V
- Clinical skills to effectively manage clients
- Ability to earn clinical licensure in counseling psychology or social work
- Knowledge of the Code of Ethics social work professionals
- Knowledge of the federal drug and alcohol confidentiality law (42 C.F.R. Part 2) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
