Job Description
Role Overview

The selected candidate will work with the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to protect and promote the safety and well-being of children and families through child welfare and juvenile justice services and community supports. The candidate will work in the Division of Youth and Family Justice (DYFJ) to provide a wide range of services and programs for youth at every stage of the juvenile justice process.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities for the Case Manager will include meeting with residents to discuss their needs, completing case management intakes and documentation, communicating with parents, and advocating for youth to ensure they receive the services they are entitled to.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
