Role OverviewThe Case Manager works with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, link them to services, counsel them, and monitor progress. This role is key to Volunteers of America's Case Management Model.
What You Will Do
Manage client intake and assessment, develop individual service plans, assist clients in obtaining needed services, provide supportive counseling, and document case management activities.

Requirements
- Associates Degree or 60 college credits in Human Services field
- High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant shelter experience
- Ability to communicate professionally (oral and written) with Spanish-speaking clients
- Basic computer skills
