Role OverviewThe Case Manager supports the Supportive Living Services for intellectually disabled clients living in Lake County. The role requires experience leading teams to provide services, working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and maintaining confidentiality. The Case Manager will assist in delivering a culture of top-level quality service delivery, supporting client rights, and effective employee relations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the assisted living community
- Experience working with the Regional Center staff
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
