Role OverviewThe Case Manager is an integral member of Sanctuary for Families' Anti-Trafficking Initiative, working in a high-paced, dynamic environment to provide a range of services to survivors of human trafficking and related forms of gender-based violence. The position entails working with clients to develop individualized service plans, securing safe and stable housing, and assisting with public benefits and job readiness support.

Conduct thorough needs assessments, develop individualized service plans, provide immediate support and safety planning, assist with housing and public benefits, and offer job readiness support and educational opportunities.

Requirements
- B.A. or relevant work experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience working with immigrant communities and survivors of trauma
- Strong understanding of gender-based violence and its impact

- Experience navigating NYC public benefits programs and housing resources
- Strong ability to work independently
- Excellent judgment, multitasking abilities, and organizational and problem-solving skills
