Role OverviewMerakey is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join their Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team in West Lawn, PA. The Case Manager will assess, plan, and skill transfer recovery treatment and support plans for adults and youth with mental health diagnoses and/or autism spectrum disorders.
What You Will Do
The Case Manager will collaborate with the team, perform initial intakes, assessments, and timeline summaries, provide therapeutic services, and support data collection and client progress.
