Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in case management or social services
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field (strongly preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines
