Job Description
Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients experiencing homelessness across New York City. The role involves conducting interviews, evaluating needs, and developing Independent Living Plans, as well as coordinating referrals and advocating for clients.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in case management or social services
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field (strongly preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics
