Job Description
We believe that everyone deserves a home! The Case Manager, Permanent Housing provides support services to help individuals remain housed and address needs such as benefits/entitlements, activities of daily living, substance abuse and mental health services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of experience working with homeless adults and substance abuse issues
  • Experience with harm reduction and motivational interviewing techniques
  • Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
