Role OverviewThe Case Manager will provide case management services to a caseload of approximately 25 families, utilizing evidence-based practice models to promote quality and integrity of all social service activities. The role involves advocating for families to assist in minimizing barriers to services, and working closely with shelter staff to enforce rules and regulations for residents.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing case management services, utilizing evidence-based practice models, monitoring compliance with goals, performing culturally sensitive intake and assessment, and advocating for families. You will also work closely with shelter staff, coordinate interpretation and translation services, and refer families to community-based medical, dental, and mental healthcare as needed.

Requirements
- Bilingual preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services field, strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of trauma and how it manifests, as well as experience delivering trauma-informed, culturally sensitive services
- Experience working on-site in a congregate housing setting preferred
