Role Overview

As a Case Manager Shared Living, you will support individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries in their homes and communities. You will work as part of a team to ensure their safety, well-being, and quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing Shared Living sites, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to individuals with their daily needs. You will also be responsible for responding to crises, enforcing division regulations, and communicating with parents/guardians, hospitals, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Three years of full-time experience working with people with developmental delays and/or brain injuries
  • CPR & 1st Aid certification
  • MAP certification
  • Human Rights Officer, Fire Safety Officer, and PBS training
