Job Description
As Case Manager Supervisor, you'll provide leadership to the Case Managers at Logan Fountain, a housing shelter in Brooklyn, NY, and lead the team in delivering comprehensive services to residents to help them achieve self-sufficiency and permanent housing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field or equivalent experience and skills
  • 2+ years of case management, assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention experience
  • Supervisory experience in a case management setting
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid US driver's license (plus)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
