Job Description
The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to join their Metro Boston Child, Youth, and Family team. The HSC-II will provide oversight of case-managed youth in DMH community services and statewide programs, as well as liaison to community providers.

Requirements

  • Experience working with youth & adolescents who have serious emotional disturbance
  • Familiarity with the principles and practices of clinical and social psychology, and psychosocial rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of the organization and functions of the child & youth community mental health system
  • Understanding of the principles, practices and techniques of counseling
  • Capacity to gather information through questioning and observing individuals and by examining records and documents
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with staff members, clients, and representatives of community organizations and services
