Job Description
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is recruiting for a permanent, full-time Case Presenter in our Administrative Hearings Division. Case Presenters ensure efficient and effective operations of administrative hearings for OLCC cases, evaluating proposed agency actions and implementing a course of action for resolving the case, through settlement, withdrawal, or conducting a contested case hearing.

Requirements

  • JD degree and one year of legal experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of experience
  • Six years of direct experience drafting and handling administrative actions or contested cases
