Job Description
The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Case Worker II - Young Adult Program to provide individual and family based therapeutic services, crisis intervention, and case management for at-risk youths. The successful candidate will work with a team of professionals to create better, brighter futures for kids.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Criminal Justice, or Psychology
  • Experience with behavior management systems, treatment planning, crisis intervention, case management, and providing individual, group, and/or family therapy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer, with the ability to learn new software applications
