Role OverviewAs a Cash Posting Specialist - AI Trainer, you will oversee cash posting and payment reconciliation operations, evaluate AI-generated payment posting outputs, and manage electronic and manual payment posting workflows. You will also reconcile posted payments against bank deposits, lockbox reports, and payer remittances to ensure accuracy.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cash posting, payment reconciliation, or revenue cycle operations
- Deep knowledge of ERA/835 electronic remittance processing, EOB interpretation, and lockbox reconciliation
- Strong understanding of payer payment methodologies and remittance adjustment reason codes
- Experience managing high-volume payment posting operations across multiple payers
- Proficiency with billing systems and payment posting platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, or equivalent)
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify posting errors and discrepancies in AI-generated payment outputs
