The Cage Manager directs the cashiering area in a manner that safeguards the assets of the company, interacting with guests and various departments, and guides team members in their duties. The position involves managing day-to-day operations, planning procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • General business and accounting knowledge with broad knowledge of casino, slot and table games, rules, regulations, procedures, and administration preferred
  • Strong organizational, managerial and communication skills required
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical and decision-making competencies
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Must be able to obtain a required Key Gaming License
