Cashier Food & Beverage

Requirements

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
• Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and resort payment systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
• Assist with answering guest inquiries about the menu, resort amenities, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling guidelines.
• Assist with light food and beverage preparation or stocking as needed.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Balance house bank at the end of the shift.
