Cashier

As a Cashier, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers and helping them recognize the need for our products and services. You will be directly responsible for assisting customers and contributing to building our reputation as a company that values its customers and their opinions.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively engaging and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to customer's needs, directing customers to merchandise, and providing premier customer service.

Requirements

• Product Knowledge
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
• Retail or relevant work experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
• Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages
• Ability to make change in American monetary units
