Job Description
As a Cashier/Runner at Torchy's, you'll provide exceptional customer service, take orders, and run food to tables while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • 2 years of work experience providing customer service in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience using POS (point-of-sale) systems (preferred)
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
