Job Description
We are looking for a Cashier/Runner to join our Hospitality Team at Torchy's. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service, learn the menu, and maintain knowledge of current promotions. They will also be responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality, running food to tables, and ensuring all guest-facing areas of the restaurant are neat and clean.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • 2 years of work experience providing customer service in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience using POS (point-of-sale) systems (preferred)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
