Role OverviewDeliver exceptional customer and donor service, operate the POS system, and maintain accurate cash records. Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points, stock and merchandise sales floor inventory, and maintain a clean store environment.
What You Will Do
Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records. Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory. Assist with training new team members and follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong customer service and communication skills, basic math skills, and comfort handling cash are required. Prior retail experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories is a plus.
