Role OverviewThe Casino Banker is responsible for all Cage Bank activities during assigned shifts. Maintains accountability for the Cage Operations Department, including meeting all necessary deposits, net win, impress level, etc. Maintains a high level of integrity to protect and safeguard the company’s assets and funds.
What You Will Do
Receives and accounts for all funds turned into the Main Bank from all departments, the Chip Bank to and from table games, and the check (marker bank) as necessary. Completes all required paperwork, money exchanges, bag redemptions, buys multiple drops from the Countroom, prepares cassettes for the NRT machines, etc.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied hours. Must have manual dexterity to allow for inputting of data into computer software and be capable of viewing computer monitors for extended periods of time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of cash handling experience
- Strong math skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)
