Role OverviewAs a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, fast, friendly, and fun environment for all guests, team members, and company assets. You will deal the game, monitor monies, and ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include dealing the game, monitoring gaming cards and equipment, analyzing customer play for cheating scams, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for paying wins and taking losses, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 6 months experience as a casino dealer or certification from an accredited dealer school
- Experience dealing at least two (2) of the following games: Black Jack, Craps or Roulette and working knowledge of novelty games
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity
