Job Description
We are looking for a Casino Host to build and maintain relationships with guests, drive guest loyalty, and help grow gaming revenue. As a Casino Host, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with valued players, providing exceptional guest service, and creating memorable experiences.
Requirements
Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect naturally with a variety of guests
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment regarding guest reinvestment and complimentary offerings
Comfortable working in a fast-paced casino and hospitality environment
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
