  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with the use of CMS and WINet
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Maintain confidentiality of all matters regarding guests, team members, and the business operation
  • Assist in support of bus operations
