Role OverviewThe CASS & Reliability Analyst supports Ameriflight's Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) Program by analyzing maintenance and operational data, identifying trends and reliability issues, and helping improve fleet performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do
Ensure compliance with 14 CFR §135.431 requirements through the effective administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the AMF Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) Program. Analyze fleet operational and maintenance data to identify performance trends, recurring defects, and potential system reliability concerns.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Engineering, Data Analytics, or another STEM-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Must meet airport badging requirements, including TSA Security background check.
- Must hold and maintain a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria.
