What You Will Do
Develop and execute a casting strategy, scout talent, lead online and in-person auditions, identify candidates with star potential, and build relationships with candidates and their representatives.

Requirements
- Significant experience leading or playing a key role in large-scale talent casting or development

- Highly proactive and resourceful with persistence to uncover hard-to-find talent
- Experience managing end-to-end casting, from sourcing and outreach through auditions, callbacks, evaluations, and recommendations
- Strong understanding of current music, youth culture, social platforms, and emerging creative communities
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
