Job Description
The Casualty Supervisor will coach, mentor, and give general oversight and guidance to the casualty team and examiners. They will collaborate with casualty management and lead team to determine coverage, refine investigations, formulate action plans, develop negotiation tactics, and drive litigation strategies to move the claim towards resolution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of Casualty Examiner or Adjuster experience
  • Supervisors and managers are required to have completed NYCM’s internal leadership development programs, including Employee Enrichment Journey (EEJ1) and Employee Enrichment Journey (EEJ2)
