Job Description
As the CAT Compact Site Manager, you will ensure that stores are efficient, profitable, and customer focused. Managers consistently meet the needs of the unknown customer, construction companies, industrial and commercial customers, and homeowners.

Requirements

  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Increase market penetration and revenue
  • Complete performance reviews and hold safety meetings
  • Handle customer service issues
  • Review contracts and assess fleet needs
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team
  • Communicate job expectations and foster a collaborative climate
  • Oversee and approve discount variance, coverage, compensation, customer entertainment, sales materials and promotions
