Role Overview

Join Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Category Management team as a Category Manager leading the Baby category. Develop category goals, strategies, and assortment tailored to customers across Baby. Responsible for multiple facets of our multi-channel retail business, including buying/vendor management, program management, trade planning, sourcing.

What You Will Do

Create data-driven customer-centric category strategies, take ownership of financial performance, curate assortments, lead line reviews, assortment planning, and item forecasting. Collaborate with suppliers, shape pricing strategies, and work with marketing teams to support promotional events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Excel
  • 3+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
