Job Description
The Jr Sous Chef is responsible for delivering warm and welcoming experiences for guests, overseeing kitchen duties, and ensuring safety and quality standards. They will work closely with the Sous Chef and Food Service Operations Manager to maintain a seamless guest journey.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with an understanding of team building and development
  • Exceptional problem-solving/decision-making skills
  • Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs)
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays
