Job Description
The Catering Chef is responsible for supporting the Hub Chef and Sous Chef, prepping, cooking, transporting, and serving food while maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation standards.

Requirements

  • Take direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen
  • Perform and complete all assigned kitchen tasks without constant supervision
  • Meet and/or exceed established food preparation standards
