Job Description
The Catering Chef is responsible for supporting the Hub Chef and Sous Chef, prepping, cooking, transporting, and serving food while maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
Requirements
Take direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen
Perform and complete all assigned kitchen tasks without constant supervision
Meet and/or exceed established food preparation standards
