Job Description
Directs kitchen/cafeteria operations, plans and executes catering for events and meetings, and coordinates with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure meeting/event success.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Kitchen, cafeteria and/or catering experience preferred
Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and work as part of a team
Exceptional customer service skills; ability to learn and anticipate stakeholder needs
Experience managing external vendors and agreements
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to identify, anticipate and resolve problems
Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying scopes and timelines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer orientation
Broad knowledge of food preparation and nutritional awareness
