Job Description
We are looking for a Catering Manager to join our team at Spruce Peak, a premier Vermont mountain community. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams, and ensures every event is executed flawlessly.

Requirements

  • College degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • A minimum of two years in sales or event management with one year in F&B or luxury hospitality related work experience.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal departments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Prior experience in high-volume and luxury environments.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and or holidays as the business requires.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to occasionally assist in breaking down to set up of banquet space, or assist in food service as needed, requiring lifting of up to 50 pounds.
