Role OverviewThe Catering Manager is responsible for facilitating effective communication between all departments to provide the best catering experience for customers. They must lead the Catering Department by training staff, creating efficient schedules, and maintaining a clean environment. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
What You Will Do
The Catering Manager will greet and assist customers, achieve high associate morale, and go out of their way to satisfy customer requests. They will also handle sales and service functions, order coordination, and communicate with customers and vendors.
