Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Catering Suite Runner / Expo to join the Food & Beverage team at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington. This part-time, event-based role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage items to premium suites and catering locations, while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Requirements

  • Ensure food prepared by the kitchen matches the food ordered on the suite receipt and catering contracts.
  • Assist Suite Attendants and Caterers as needed with maintaining the cleanliness and delivery of food for all suite/catering locations.
  • Responsible for the completion of opening and closing duties assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor.
  • Adhere to company and state guidelines when pouring drinks.
  • Deliver a positive, polished, and professional guest experience at all times.
  • Communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively with guests and team members
  • Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to resolve issues quickly
  • Demonstrate a team-first mindset in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
