The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking, coordinating, and executing all aspects of function planning to ensure client satisfaction, enhance the reputation and profitability of the department, and maximize revenues while controlling labor expenses.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or College Degree
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales or catering/convention services department
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Delphi software
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to travel and work on an on-call basis
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
