Job Description
Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to coordinate special events and increase sales through upwelling techniques, creativity, menu knowledge, and thorough marketing plans.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Four year College degree preferred, or equivalent experience in related field
  • 3-4 years prior experience in Conference and Catering
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests, and co-workers
  • Minimum of 3 years food & beverage experience
  • Understanding of food service, fine dining etiquette, continental cuisine, wines and beverage service
  • Ability to lift, carry and move up to fifty pounds
