Job Description
The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering goals, soliciting and securing new accounts, as well as servicing groups. The individual will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the resort’s revenue and market share goals.

  • Effectively attain assigned sales and revenue goals
  • Proactively conduct solicitation calls, conduct site tours, and entertain clients
  • Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts
  • Monitor and evaluate trends within your market segment
