Job Description
Mustang Cat is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians for shop and field service roles in El Campo, Texas. In this hands-on position, you'll repair and maintain Caterpillar construction equipment, supporting job sites and customers across the region.

Requirements

  • Must own the tools necessary to perform repairs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of transmissions, undercarriage, track systems, fuel systems
  • Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Experience using Cat ET or similar diagnostic software
  • Prior experience in construction equipment service or military equipment repair
