Role OverviewThe Cath Lab Technologist works with the Interventional Cardiologist, Vascular Surgeon, Interventional Radiologist, and Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care before, during, and after Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac or Peripheral catheterizations.
What You Will Do
Interprets patients' ECG patterns, identifies cardiac needs, assists in patient data collection, and supports the Mission, Vision, and Values of the hospital.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proper technique for removal of, caring for, and maintaining venous/arterial sheaths, and will be able to monitor hemodynamic systems for all procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- ARRT certification
- CI and RCIS certifications
- Ability to work on call after hours, weekends, and holidays
