Job Description
CAU Case Navigator at the Bureau of Vital Statistics, providing high-quality customer support and streamlining processes to improve customer experience. Works with CAU director and leadership to identify areas for improvement and propose changes. Examines and approves amendments, functions as a case navigator, and provides clear instructions to customers.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
  • One year of administrative supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of detailed record keeping systems
  • Excellent oral, written, administrative and customer service skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
