Job Description
CAU Case Navigator at the Bureau of Vital Statistics, providing high-quality customer support and streamlining processes to improve customer experience. Works with CAU director and leadership to identify areas for improvement and propose changes. Examines and approves amendments, functions as a case navigator, and provides clear instructions to customers.
Requirements
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
Three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
One year of administrative supervisory experience
Knowledge of detailed record keeping systems
Excellent oral, written, administrative and customer service skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
